In Repunte we have our own Integral Computerized Production Management System. We are aware that the best textile machines lead us to reach the highest levels of exigency and to be able to offer a high quality product.
In the process of each shirt we want to have online control of the production of all phases of production, from the arrival of the raw material at the factory until delivery to the customer.
Total shirt-to-shirt supervision
Each of our shirts is identified by a bar code that makes it unique during the production process. In this way, a shirt, an order or a customer's entire production can be traced if necessary. This is a benefit for the customer, since he will be able to have at any time the information about the state and the particularities of his production thanks to the best textile machines that Repunte has.
Development of textile technology
The operational management in Repunte S.L. is a key factor for the development of the confection of each shirt. We have the latest generation textile machines linked to our shirt management software. Therefore, the tradition together with our Department of Innovation and Research are highly linked to generate increasingly agile and accurate operations. Thanks to this we are able to serve our customers in a more human and direct way.
