Clear Your Doubts

Repunte’s standard service has a manufacturing lead time of 15 business days. We also offer a semi-express service with a production time of 9 days.

To this, delivery time must be added from the moment the product leaves the factory until it reaches its destination.

To place an order for a shirt, you must be registered in our system as a client and have access to our ordering platform.

To place a bespoke shirt order, you can choose between body measurements or finished garment measurements.

With the body measurement system, you must enter the wearer’s measurements (except for the neck, which already includes ease) and select an ease option. The available options are +8, +10, +12, and +15. These centimeters correspond to the ease applied to the chest, waist, and hip measurements. For the biceps, 5 cm will always be added, and for the cuff, 7 cm.

With the finished garment measurement system, you must enter the total shirt measurements (body measurements + ease). The recommended ease allowances to convert body measurements into finished garment measurements are as follows:
  • NECK: no ease (always remember to leave one finger between the client’s neck and the measuring tape).
  • CHEST: between 10 and 12 cm (10 cm for classic fit, 12 cm for regular fit) — we recommend a minimum of 10 cm.
  • WAIST: slim fit 8 cm, classic fit 10 cm, regular fit 12 cm.
  • HIP: slim fit 8 cm, classic fit 10 cm, regular fit 12 cm.
  • SHIRT LENGTH: no ease.
  • SLEEVE LENGTH: no ease.
  • BICEPS: 5 cm (standard ease, between 4–6 cm).
  • CUFF: 7 cm (standard ease, between 6–7 cm).
  • BACK: no ease.

Yes, we offer a wide variety of customization options available on our ordering platform: collar type, cuff, placket, buttons, buttonholes, pockets, back, hem, yoke, initials, and more.

To process an order, you need access to our client portal. If you don’t have access yet, please contact your sales representative to receive it.

We offer both bespoke and ready-to-wear orders.

A bespoke order is one that is made according to the specific measurements and features requested by the client. The minimum order is 1 shirt.

A ready-to-wear order is made using a standard size, based on one of the patterns available in our factory. The minimum order is 6 shirts, with 2 shirts per size. All shirts must have the same features.

Your order will arrive within 1 to 4 days, depending on the destination country.
