We are present in more than 15 countries and continuously growing.

How do we do it?

As a leading shirt factory in the market, we offer different samples of top quality fabrics, more than 14 types of collars and more than 25 models of cuffs. The customer decides at all times how to make his shirt according to his tastes and needs.

Total supervision

From the measurements of each customer, the first step is the cutting of the fabric parts based on a digitized pattern. Subsequently, all the parts are grouped together and sent to the shirt factory to proceed with the joining and assembly of the shirt. Each of the processes is under continuous quality supervision.

End shirt

We make sure that each shirt is in perfect condition. The quality and revised department checks the final finishes. Removing excess threads on buttons, labels, cleaning, among others. Once the shirt is approved, a badge is applied indicating the total conformity of the garment.

Presentation

After checking each shirt thoroughly, the presentation and packaging is the final step to send the shirt to each customer. Repunte S.L., custom shirts factory has a qualified staff that finalizes the process, supervising the shipment and management of the shirt, maintaining the personalized service until the end.
